Born on January 16, 1975, in Qingdao, Shandong Province, Wu Xinghan began his career as a professional shooter when he was just 22 years old. He quickly rose through the ranks and became one of the top players in the country. In fact, he won several national championships during his career, including the Olympic Games and the World Championships.

One of Wu Xinghan's most impressive feats was his shooting conversion rate at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. During the competition, he shot a total of 144 shots and only missed five targets, which resulted in a perfect score of 100%. This is considered to be one of the highest shooting conversion rates ever achieved by a shooter in any Olympic event.
